As many of you are just beginning your work day, Kendal is standing in line at a hotel here in Tokyo, Japan, getting us a room for the night. Because our flight from Detroit to Tokyo was 3 1/2 hours late leaving, we missed our connection from here to Shanghai. So, we have a new reservation for a flight to Shanghai tomorrow (Saturday) morning and then hopefully on to Beijing where we will meet the rest of our America World Adoption Association (AWAA) travel group.
The flight over was good and we were all able to sleep....thanks to Benadryl!
Continue to pray for us and all the little details; and the big ones too!!!

We tracked your flight last night, and as we went to bed, you were over Alaska and only 7 more hours to go!! Glad you are closer than ever before. You are constantly in our hearts and prayers-really!! I got some great pic and precious video of our little dancing fairy guest today! She had a wonderful time. We love you all.
ReplyDeleteWe are thankful that you are getting some rest and that the trip to Tokyo was uneventful. Soon Anna will have her forever family and what a blessed day that will be. We are praying for another uneventful trip to China and that you catch up with the other families who are adopting. Anna is such a blessed little girl who is receiving a God given gift of a wonderful, Christian forever family. Love and prayers to continue. Grandparents of 3 precious granddaughters!
